Smoking Legislation changes after the UK Smoking Ban.
Changes in Smoking Law and Legislation
A new smoking law is being introduced to protect employees and the public from the harmful effects of second hand smoke.

A smoking ban in England will come into affect on 1 July 2007 in virtually all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces.
The England smoking ban hopes to ensure a healthier environment so everyone can socialise, relax, travel, shop and work free from the effects of second hand smoke.
The new no smoking legislation means that employers are legally required to enforce a no smoking policy in work places as of 1st July 2007. A range of products are available to allow employers to cater for smoking employees. This site details these products, their purpose, and information on where they may be purchased.
